In addition to 6-, 9- and 12-month coaching engagements, Dr. Reynolds administers a virtual live 360 assessment of up to 12 participants as a part of a coaching package or as a stand-alone improvement exercise leading to a development plan for the executive receiving the assessment results. The process for administering the assessment includes:
- Pre-assessment meeting with the executive with a desire to create a development plan – explore and agree to assessment goals and the corresponding questions to be asked. Discuss who should be included in the live 360 interviews and how they will be invited to participate. The 12 people to be interviewed include the executive’s HR representative and immediate manager as well as a balanced combination of peers, direct reports, and other stakeholders. The executive is encouraged to share the questions and list of people to be interviewed with their immediate manager.
- Schedule and conduct 20 – 30 minute interviews. This process may take up to three weeks to complete.
- Create an executive summary of the results highlighting strengths, areas of development, and recommendations.
- Hold a post assessment meeting with the executive to debrief the results and possibly modify goals.
- Attend a meeting with the executive and his/her immediate manager to agree on the path forward. This serves to gain support from the executive’s leader for the development plan.
- Hold a final session with the executive 30 days after the debriefing session to discuss challenges and progress to ensure ongoing growth.
Investment
Fee includes three sessions with the executive and one alignment meeting with the executive and direct
manager, the live 360 assessment with up to 12 participants including the manager and HR representative, and the written executive summary of findings and recommendations.
