There is a mystique around the term, masterful coaching. Those that aspire to reach this level have few places to turn for guidance. This workshop will give the understanding and skills that will put you on the path to coaching mastery.
Additionally, if you desire to earn your Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation from the International Coach Federation, this workshop gives the foundational knowledge and grasp of the skills you need to move from Professional Coach Credential (PCC) to Master Coach Credential (MCC). You will practice these skills so you can embody the experience of mastery while you coach.
The value of being a credentialed coach has become more important with the formal acknowledgment and growth of the coaching profession world-wide. Organizations look to hire executive coaches with respected credentials that establish mastery in their field. They trust MCCs to support senior leadership in developing the best possible outcomes. There has been an explosion of people calling themselves “coach” in the marketplace. This course will help you stand out by the impact you will have with your clients and the referrals they will make while working with you.
Even if you don’t have your PCC yet, this course will teach you how to go deeper and be more effective in your coaching practice.
